Interactive Workshops provide impacting teaching that includes lecture, group discussion, and experiential learning. Contact for rates and scheduling.  

Holistic Life Coaching / Counseling Services and/or Peak Performance Training are available to adults and teenagers in 50-minute sessions online, by phone, or in-office visits for local residents (see Personal Coaching link for details).
